Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details. Standard delivery time across Pakistan is 3 to 5 working days, depending on your location. All deliveries are handled with care to ensure your items reach you in perfect condition. In the event of a delay due to unforeseen circumstances, our team will promptly inform you and keep you updated until your package is delivered.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact. Please note that customized or altered products are not eligible for return. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after a quality check. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.
